With a few upgrades, Royal Enfield recently unveiled the 2023 Interceptor 650 in India. It is a new model that comes with new colour schemes, adjustable clutch and brake levers, LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels rather than the old spoked ones, and a little altered seat.
Other than that, the 648cc twin-cylinder engine’s OBD-2 (onboard diagnostics) compliance and power rating of 47bhp and 52Nm are unchanged. Even the 2023 model’s six-speed gearbox is the same as it was before. Regarding the appearance, Royal Enfield is sticking with the retro look for this model for 2023. The fuel tank, headlight design, and overall style are all still the same. Now, the pricing has changed as a result of all the aforementioned adjustments.
