Massage Therapy – chronic pain management
Crystal ball gazing – if you have a question, I will seer
Energy healing – pendulum is my main tool of choice but I also work with your chakras and crystals
Bodywork – can help release blockages in the muscle (as past energy hides in our tissues)
Guided meditation –
If you don’t know how to meditate I can guide you through the process
Breathwork – I utilize the pendulum again with this, and have you breath through each sensation and through each chakra
Deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, guided meditation, energy work, breath work
