At least 3 years’ experience and skills with:
Windows O/S (Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
Windows 10/11 & Mac OSX 10+)
Microsoft Office Suite 2016/2019/365
QuickBooks 2019-2023
Hardware, Network, Phone System Experience, Network / Phone Cabling Experience, Experience with RMM / PSA and Server troubleshooting experience, AD, VPN, Firewall, Hyper-V.
We encourage IT degrees, but they are not required.
We also recognize real world experience is very important as well as IT based certifications such as CompTia (A+, Network+, Security +) will be considered as well.
All techs must communicate effectively in English.
To be considered must successfully pass security and background checks, illegal substance and covid screening and successfully pass a pre-employment knowledge and proficiency exam (written and hands-on).
