My services are to offer one on one “listening sessions.” I offer a compassionate way of listening and allowing yourself to be heard by someone who genuinely cares and wants to provide a space for you to share any emotions/words/ideas with.
Sometimes it feels like we can’t always tell the people in our lives our worries or fears or even our dreams or goals or thoughts etc. or we lack good listeners in our life.
I offer a judgment free + active listening zone! I allow you to provide input on what you would like space for.

I am a Woman filled with great love and empathy for others. My gift is listening with deep levels of empathy and compassion. I am unique in my ability to see others fully and to hold space for others so they too feel seen + heard.
I know what it feels like to lack intimacy, deep communication, genuine compassion, and/or guidance in this hectic World. And I know that when us humans lack a certain level of depth in our lives it can cause isolation or emotional numbness or even depression or fragmented self, or when we hold emotions/words in; they don’t get to flow out from our system and can create stagnation.
I have a deep love for humanity and for building people up. It energizes me to be there for others.
I have had several+ years experience working with a holistic therapist on my own healing journey.
I am currently working towards my Doctorate in Holistic Health. Where Western and Eastern medicine are equally studied in the pursuit of having both branches of medicine integrated for health and well-being.
My goal with holistic medicine is: to + empower others to become their optimal self + to encourage their loved ones to become their optimal self + provide emotional support on their health journey + to help others fly early in life by teaching them to love themselves harder/deeper
