Are you overwhelmed with Negative Thoughts?

I used to be.

After many years of struggling with negative emotions and trying out
many different practices and rituals, I finally came up with a 5-part
system that pretty much guarantees my personal happiness for the rest
of my life. I call this system the Happiness Habit. Here is the SECRET
to being happy every day of your life: being happy is something that
you have to PRACTICE every morning. You literally have to TRAIN
yourself to be happy, just like an Olympic athlete.

Imagine the following: you are the best piano player in the world. How
did you get to be the best in the world? You probably started out with
some natural talent – but what really got you to the top and made you
the best was practicing every single day. This principle is true in
sports, Business, Martial Arts, Acting, Teaching, Sales, Singing, etc.
The way we get better at anything is by practicing every single day.

Now imagine that you miss a day of practice.
No big deal; it’s just a day. No one will notice.
However, YOU will notice it.

What if you miss TWO days of practice?
Well, you are no longer the best you can be and your critics (and
those who have an ear for music) will notice that you are slightly
“off”; you are not performing at your absolute best.

What if you miss THREE days of practice?
Now your audience will notice.
If you continue this negative trend, you will stop being the best in the world.

This example is not based on pure speculation.
The renowned Polish concert pianist Ignace Jan Paderewski (1860-1941),
told some reporters in 1936 the following:
“If I miss one day’s practice, I notice it.
If I miss two days, the critics notice it.
If I miss three days, the audience notices it.”

This principle applies to happiness as well. If you stop practicing,
you will notice that you are LESS happy.
Becoming happy again is just a matter of continuing to practice the
Happiness Habit (explained on my free report).

**DAILY Training is the SECRET to Happiness**
(This assumes you know WHAT to practice)

IMPORTANT: Being happy is the result of daily TRAINING and PRACTICE.
You literally have to TRAIN yourself to be happy; just like an
athlete. That is why I have a problem with those who view people who
suffer from Depression and suicidal thoughts as people who are
suffering from a (Mental Health) disease. Here is something to keep in
mind:

**VERY IMPORTANT**
If you are constantly experiencing depression and suicidal thoughts,
you do NOT have a mental disease. You are simply NOT practicing being
happy on a daily basis. To be happy, you simply have to TRAIN yourself
to be HAPPY. I show you exactly how to do that using a simple 5 step
process. I call this process the Happiness Habit. I explain this habit
in a FREE report.

**5 KEYS to HAPPINESS**

1-That is the first Key to Happiness; in order for us to be happy, we
must TRAIN ourselves to be happy; just like an athlete.
This puts us in the driving seat. This puts us in CONTROL of our own
personal happiness (implication: the more I practice, the happier I
will be). This means that WE are in control of our own happiness – not
genetics, our environment, our past history, or our upbringing.

2-We have to know WHAT to practice. I figured this out after many
years of searching. By the way, my system is NOT based on a Gratitude
Practice (a very weak happiness practice in my opinion). It is also
NOT a form of visualization, empowering questions or meditation (these
practices did not work for me). After a great deal of experimentation
I found a unique 5 step sequence that works extremely well. I call
this sequence the Happiness Habit (explained in my FREE 58-page
report).

3-This practice must be SIMPLE. If it’s too complicated it will not be
sustainable. The Happiness Habit delivers on this requirement: its
super easy to do. It does NOT require any breathing exercises, that
you visualize anything or that you ask yourself any questions. The
Happiness Habit is EASY to do.

4-You must be Happier on Day 1 (Instant Results). The system must work
right away. This means that there is no waiting around. The ideal
happiness practice should make you FEEL GOOD the first time you do it.
This is quite a demanding standard – but the Happiness Habit delivers
on this promise as well. You will feel JOY and BLISS the FIRST time
you do it!

5-SHORT. It should be done in 5 to 10 minutes. BONUS: Ideally the
practice should also give you the option of being able to do it in
under 5 minutes if you are in a rush (example: you woke up late and
are late for work).

But guess what?
