• Hours of appointment vary and are subject to open clinic hours in training per semester: (11/28 1:15pm, 11/30 7:15am, 12/05 7:15am, 12/07 1:15pm, 12/08 7:15am, 12/12 1:15pm, 12/14 7:15am, 12/15 1:15pm, 12/19 7:15am, 12/21 1:15pm, 12/22 7:15am)
• All visits are supervised by licensed dental professionals and school is accredited with CODA and following all ADA and OSHA and FL regulations
• All voicemails will be returned and scheduled if message is provided
• Dental examination, radiographs are included along with a cleaning – subject to separate visits*
• Clinic is also offering bleaching trays, fluoride, and sealants*
• Adults and children of any age above 4 are welcome
