Ashiatsu. More pressure, broader movements, therapy that lasts longer. There is not a deeper modality out there. Every time a person leaves my table, their eyes are brighter their disposition lighter. They practically float to their car. Ahaha.
Now offering deep bar barefoot Ashi combined with deep sports. Ashi is a form of back-walking that allows me to use my bare feet to deliver deeper work and assisted stretching. To prevent injury please do not have just anyone perform deep bar barefoot work on you. Do not practice this if you haven’t been educated in this modality. This is an intense certified therapy that requires hours of training, a table that will not tip, buckle and collapse, custom stool and custom bars that are professionally installed in the ceiling to the height of the therapist. This practice requires a physically strong person with a very strong core for balance and capability of giving a choreographic sequence of movements with deep gliding pressure. Deep Bar is far more complex than simply standing or walking on a person.
