This is a 2021 Winnebago Micro Minnie 2225RL (rear living) travel trailer. This trailer is light (4,540) and only 7 feet wide which makes it very easy to tow with an F150 or large SUV. It tows very well and the Center Line anti-sway / load distribution hitch is included in the prics. I setup this trailer well for boon docking. It has a 100 watt factory installed solar panel, 2 deep cycle house batteries, and a 3600 watt generator mounted on tongue. This enables you to charge the batteries or run the micro-wave, air conditioner, or 110 outlets ate any time anywhere. If you don’t want the generator, it can be easily removed by removing the 6 u-bolts. The generator sits on a Stromberg Carlson trailer tray. The trailer also comes with 2 20lb propane tanks.
The trailer is like new condition and everything works perfectly. We are selling the trailer at this time to move to a Class C. The trailer is well insulated and is great in cold weather. It has great tires and sits high enough off the ground so you can go down country roads.
To give more room inside the trailer when the slide is in I swapped the original sleeper sofa with a jackknife sofa. I have the original sofa that will also go with the trailer if you want it (it was only used for a few months so it is also like new).
The trailer has a 32 inch TV and microwave/convection oven. It has a 30 gal fresh water tank, 25 gal black tank, and 25 gal grey water tank. All the holding tanks have electric heaters. It has electric stabilizers and electric tongue jack. I have all of the manuals and remotes that came with the trailer. I also added a backup camera, with sound, which I’m including as I will not need it on my new RV.
