About Me
Hi All! My name is Laura, I’ve been married for 15 years and we have a 13 year old, outgoing young man. I LOVE animals! I have 2 fur babies (cats) of my own; Cinnamon (7) and Pepper (5). I’ve taken/take care of my older sister’s dogs; she has 5 boxers and 2 cats. Anytime she goes on vacation, she asks me to watch them for her. I’ve been doing that since I was 16 (I’m 36 now). I have volunteered at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Control Center where I’ve taken care of 1 week old kittens up to 3 month old cats before they’re adopted out. I’ve worked at Park Cedar Animal Hospital in Pineville, as well. I can administer medicine. I do so with one of my own cats. I have that experience from work at Park Cedar Animal Hospital. Anytime you need me to watch your baby, I’m there. I know a lot of cats and dogs can have anxiety staying somewhere outside their comfort zone so I can stop by to let them out, feed them and give them fresh water. That goes for watching them for a couple days, just letting them out or whenever you go on vacation. I live in the indian trail/monroe area, near Sun Valley High School. I can also travel to Weddington/Matthews area. I’m very flexible with cancellations and changing times, so if you change your mind or time, no problem.I currently work full but I work from home and can squeeze in a walk during my lunch hour or even just go over and feed.I have 2 cats that are self sufficient. However, one of them needs medicine administered every morning. I also give them fresh water as needed throughout the day.
About My Services
I offer:
- House Sitting: $60 per night. I’m comfortable taking care of dogs who are: small (1-15 lbs), medium (15-40 lbs), large (41-100 lbs), giant (100+ lbs).
- Drop-In Visits: $30 per visit. I’m comfortable taking care of dogs who are: small (1-15 lbs), medium (15-40 lbs), large (41-100 lbs), giant (100+ lbs).
- Dog Walking: $15 per walk. I’m comfortable taking care of dogs who are: small (1-15 lbs), medium (15-40 lbs), large (41-100 lbs), giant (100+ lbs).
