About Me
Hello! My name is Julie. I’m a 26 y.o. California native. I have 8 years of professional pet care experience. My job responsibilities include cleaning animal facilities, medicating animals, exercising dogs, training, and client interaction. I have experience with dog pregnancy and puppy upbringing, having worked with a professional dog breeder. I also have worked as a dog groomer!I’ve owned a variety of animals since I was little, and for the past five years have worked professionally with dogs and cats as a kennel assistant and dog trainer. I have experience with tiny to giant dogs, unaltered/intact/in heat dogs, police K9s, old and fragile, you name it. I am ProPetHero (dog and cat CPR and first-aid) certified! Now, let me put my experience to work for you! Also, for those of you looking for sitters for your non-K9s, I have experience with small animals, cats, reptiles, and salt/freshwater fish! Available both weekends and weekdays!I work at home as a video game steamer, so I’ll be home all the time with your pups! My own dogs are used to me being home a lot, and tend to get upset when I leave, so I’m usually not away from my apartment for more than about 5-6 hours max. Please let me know if your dog has any specific routines that would him him/her feel more comfortable!I have two young dogs that are moderate in energy- sometimes they love to wrestle, and sometimes they just want to cuddle. I like to match my own style/schedule to the dogs, depending on what they need based on their energy levels. I’m very flexible!
